Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental provides patient-centered preventive care in a modern clinical setting. You’ll assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, educate patients, and collaborate with the dental team. The role features onboarding and hands-on training, advanced digital tools (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI), mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team, and ongoing education through TAG University. Responsibilities include utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication, and delivering high-quality patient experiences in a part-time schedule (Fridays 8am-1pm). Licensure in the state of practice and an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene are required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
