Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences, managing your own schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed for comprehensive care. Work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced tools like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS® 3D scanning, with structured onboarding and ongoing learning through TAG University. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily. Competitive pay ranges from $38–$42/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
