Job Summary
Conduct thorough oral health screenings, periodontal charting, and perform meticulous prophylaxis, plaque removal, fluoride applications, and diagnostic digital X-rays. Create a calming atmosphere for patients while delivering customized oral health education regarding home hygiene and systemic conditions. Collaborate closely with doctors to discuss comprehensive treatment plans and maintain rigorous OSHA/HIPAA compliance and operatory sterilization standards. Requires an active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Texas. Full-time and part-time schedules available with top-tier hourly pay and performance bonuses.
