Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Float

Aspen Dental is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist (RDH) to float between nearby offices in Ankeny, Ames, and Des Moines. You’ll partner with the doctor to develop personalized patient care plans, perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients, and utilize digital tools (including TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI) to support clinical decision-making and case acceptance. The role includes travel to assigned offices, a structured onboarding program, ongoing training through TAG University, and a schedule that accommodates thorough patient assessments and education, with Fridays 8:00–1:00 in Ames and additional PRN days as a float. Requires associate degree (or higher) in dental hygiene and an active state license; strong communication skills and a patient-centered care approach are essential.
