Job Summary
Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations while partnering with doctors to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans. Utilize digital technology for clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication, collaborating with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Manage your own schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care, supported by mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, featuring structured onboarding and access to advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Valid non-restricted driver's license
- Ability to be insured under the employer's fleet insurance program
- Strong communication skills
