Job Summary
Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations while partnering with doctors to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans. Utilize digital technology for clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication, collaborating with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Manage your own schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care, supported by structured onboarding, mentorship, and access to advanced tools like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities are available with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
- Valid non-restricted driver's license
- Ability to be insured under the employer's fleet insurance program
