Job Summary
Provide patient dental hygiene care in collaboration with the doctor and clinical team. Develop patient care plans following American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines; manage your schedule to deliver comprehensive patient care and education. Expand knowledge through structured continuing professional development and ongoing in-person/virtual trainings. Utilize Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for perio charting; participate in ongoing CE and mentorship programs. Work with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care, with opportunities for chair-side advancement and leadership, and participate in incentive-based compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
