Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) to partner with the doctor in developing and delivering personalized patient care plans, utilize digital tools for clinical assessments and patient communication, educate patients, and manage schedules with autonomy. Role involves hands-on clinical care in a modern practice, onboarding and ongoing training through TAG University, and opportunities across full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. Will use advanced technology such as TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI, participate in structured onboarding, and collaborate with Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
