Job Summary
Provide preventative and therapeutic dental hygiene care to patients under the doctor’s supervision, including developing patient care plans alongside the doctor using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines, managing your schedule to allow comprehensive patient care and education, expanding knowledge through continuing professional development, and collaborating with other dental team members to deliver exceptional patient care. Utilize state-of-the-art technology (e.g., Trios 3D intra-oral scanner) and digital perio charting, participate in ongoing trainings, and contribute to a supportive culture with growth opportunities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
