Job Summary
Provide personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor; utilize digital tools to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication; educate patients and deliver exceptional experiences in a modern clinical setting. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN with manageable schedules, hands-on onboarding and ongoing education through TAG University, and advanced technology exposure such as TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI. Must hold an accredited dental hygiene degree and an active state license; strong communication and patient-education skills are required. Aspen Dental practices operate as independently owned locations with non-clinical support from a dental service organization; compensation includes competitive hourly pay with an incentive plan, benefits, and career-growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
