Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care. Manageable schedules allow 5–7 patients per day for thorough assessments and meaningful education. Aspen Dental offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with structured onboarding and access to advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI. Competitive pay ranges from $60–65/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan, alongside monthly stipends and extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
