Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. This role includes structured two-week onboarding, mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team, and hands-on experience with advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI. You'll work part-time on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, handling 5–7 patients daily to allow time for thorough assessments and education.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
