Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. You will work manageable shifts of 5–7 patients per day, including Fridays and 1-2 Saturdays a month, earning $45–$50/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan. Gain hands-on experience with advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI during a structured two-week onboarding program.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
