Job Summary
Aspen Dental is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) to partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans. You will assess oral health, educate patients, and support clinical decision-making using digital tools such as TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI. You’ll manage your schedule and supplies with autonomy, collaborate with the hygiene team for mentorship and clinical support, and participate in onboarding and ongoing education through TAG University to advance your career. The role offers flexible opportunities (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with a compensation package featuring an hourly rate in the $53–$56 range or $110K–$116K annualized, plus an uncapped incentive plan and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
