Job Summary
Conduct personalized patient care plans by partnering with doctors to deliver assessments, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients. Utilize advanced digital tools including voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS 3D scanning, and Videa AI to support clinical decision-making and streamline workflows. Collaborate with the dental team and Hygiene Support Team for mentorship while managing your own schedule and supplies autonomously. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable loads of 5–7 patients daily, structured two-week onboarding, and ongoing career growth through TAG University.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
