Job Summary
Provide patient dental hygiene care in Aspen Dental practices, partnering with the dentist to develop patient care plans per AAP guidelines; manage scheduling to ensure comprehensive patient care and education; collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional care; utilize technology such as the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and the Digital Dental Assistant; participate in ongoing in-person and virtual trainings, continuing education, and mentorship; benefit from a competitive compensation package, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
