Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) needed to partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments and patient communication (including TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI), and deliver thorough patient education in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Roles include full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with structured onboarding and ongoing learning through TAG University; duties include autonomous charting, collaboration with the Hygiene Support Team, and providing high-quality care across multiple Aspen Dental locations in the Greater St. Louis metro area, with an emphasis on compassionate, evidence-based practice.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited Institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
