Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care. Work part-time Tuesdays and Wednesdays with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day, supported by structured two-week onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Gain hands-on experience with advanced technology including voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI, while earning competitive pay of $50–$55/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
