Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental, you’ll partner with the doctor to deliver personalized patient care plans, perform thorough clinical assessments, educate patients, and utilize advanced digital tools (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, voice-activated perio charting) to support clinical decision-making. You’ll join a modern clinical environment with onboarding and ongoing education, mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team, and opportunities across full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, efficient scheduling, and collaboration within a national network of independently owned practices.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
