Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental: provide preventive hygiene care, develop patient care plans with the doctor following AAP guidelines, manage and optimize scheduling for comprehensive patient care, and collaborate with the dental team. Utilize state-of-the-art tools including the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting. Participate in ongoing training and continuing education, support patient education, and contribute to a fun, collaborative culture with growth opportunities within a global DSO. Eligible for comprehensive benefits with part-time and full-time options, plus incentive earnings and a strong emphasis on patient care and clinical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
