Job Summary
Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to partner with doctors in delivering personalized patient care plans using digital tools and advanced technology. You’ll contribute to patient education, assessments, and collaborative care in a modern clinical environment with onboarding and ongoing training. Responsibilities include developing and delivering patient care plans, supporting clinical assessments and charting, collaborating with the dental team to enhance patient experiences, and managing schedules and supplies to provide comprehensive care. PRN, part-time, or full-time opportunities are available and compensation is competitive ($50–$55/hour) with incentive plans, benefits, and continuing education opportunities. Qualifications include an associate degree (or higher) in dental hygiene and an active state license, along with strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
