Job Summary
Being a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor under AAP guidelines, managing your schedule to provide comprehensive patient care and education, and expanding knowledge through continuing professional development. Collaborates with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care, benefits from state-of-the-art technology (e.g., Trios 3D intra-oral scanner), and participates in ongoing in-person and virtual trainings. The role emphasizes clinical hygiene duties, patient education, and professional growth with structured CE opportunities and support from TAG/The Aspen Group.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
