Job Summary
Develop comprehensive patient care plans alongside the doctor using AAP guidelines while managing schedules for thorough patient education. Collaborate with the dental support team to deliver exceptional care, utilizing state-of-the-art technology like the Trios® 3D intra-oral scanner and digital charting tools. Expand clinical knowledge through ongoing TAG U training, virtual and in-person sessions covering operations, management, and leadership, plus free continuing education. Partner with the dedicated hygiene support team for coaching and mentorship to drive career growth chair side and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
