Job Summary
Develop comprehensive patient care plans alongside the doctor using American Academy of Periodontology guidelines while managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education. Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, including ongoing in-person and virtual trainings via TAG U online covering clinical, operations, management, and leadership topics. Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care, utilizing state-of-the-art technology such as the Trios® 3D intra-oral scanner and voice-activated perio charting. You will achieve success by building rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds, supported by a dedicated hygiene support team for coaching and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
