Job Summary
Develop comprehensive patient care plans alongside the doctor using American Academy of Periodontology guidelines while managing your schedule for comprehensive patient care and education. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care, utilizing state-of-the-art technology including the Trios® 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting. Expand clinical knowledge through structured continuing professional development, free continuing education, and ongoing in-person and virtual trainings covering clinical, operations, and leadership topics. Work within independently owned and operated practices supported by Aspen Dental Management, Inc., contributing to a mission of accessible dental care for all patients and underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
