Job Summary
Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our supported, clinician-led team. The role involves partnering with doctors to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, using digital tools to support assessments and patient communication, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN work with structured onboarding, ongoing education through TAG University, and access to advanced technology (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, voice-activated perio charting). The position emphasizes autonomy in managing patient care, schedules, and supplies, with mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team and a collaborative dental team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
