Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and manage your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced technology, including voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Manageable schedules allow time for thorough assessments and meaningful patient education. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer competitive pay ranging from $50–$55/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
