Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental provides individualized patient care in a modern clinical setting. You’ll partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, perform clinical assessments, educate patients, and use digital tools (TRIOS 3D, Videa AI) to support charting and case acceptance. You’ll manage your schedule with autonomy, collaborate with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship, and participate in onboarding and continuing education through TAG University. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
