Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment. You’ll partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilize digital tools (e.g., TRIOS 3D, Videa AI), educate patients, manage your schedule, and contribute to onboarding and ongoing learning through TAG University. Roles include full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with a structured onboarding, and a collaborative Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support. Compensation includes $50–$55/hour or $104K–$114K annually, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
