Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences, managing your own schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed for comprehensive care. Work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced technology like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS 3D scanning, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Enjoy manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day, uncapped incentives, and ongoing career growth through TAG University.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
