Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. You will work part-time on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, handling manageable loads of 5–7 patients per day to allow time for thorough assessments and patient education. The role includes structured two-week onboarding, mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team, and access to advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI. Ongoing career growth is supported through TAG University's continuing education programs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
