Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. This part-time role involves Fridays and/or 1-2 Saturdays a month, offering a manageable pace of 5–7 patients per day. You will work within independently owned practices supported by advanced technology like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI, with structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
