Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental, work alongside a doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in a modern clinical environment. You’ll assess oral health, educate patients, and utilize advanced digital tools (TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) to support clinical decision-making and case acceptance. Expect structured onboarding, ongoing training through TAG University, and opportunities to manage your schedule and supplies with autonomy while partnering with the Hygiene Support Team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Qualifications include an Associate degree in dental hygiene and an active state license; strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
