Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join Aspen Dental network. You’ll partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments and patient communication, and collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient experiences. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities, onboarding and training, and exposure to advanced tools like TRIOS 74, 3D scanning, and Videa AI. Competitive pay $30–$35/hr with an uncapped incentive plan, plus comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, CE through TAG University, and more. Qualifications include an Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active state license, with strong communication and patient-education skills.
