Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) employed in Aspen Dental clinics. You’ll collaborate with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, use digital tools to support clinical assessments and patient communication, educate patients, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience. Role supports full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with onboarding and access to advanced technology (e.g., TRIOS 3D, Videa AI) and ongoing continuing education through TAG University; compensation range is $74,800–$83,200 annually plus an uncapped incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
