Job Summary
Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to work in Des Moines, IA. The role involves partnering with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments and patient communication, and collaborating with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with a structured onboarding and ongoing education through TAG University, hands-on training with advanced technology (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, voice-activated perio charting, Videa AI), and a supportive Hygiene Support Team for mentorship. Qualifications include an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene, an active state license, and strong patient-education-focused communication skills. Compensation ranges from $83K–$94K annually, plus an uncapped incentive plan, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, CE, disability coverage, EAP, and pet insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
