Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) to partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans; utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication; collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences; manage schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care; hands-on experience with advanced technology (TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI); structured onboarding and training; mentorship and clinical support; ongoing learning through TAG University (in-person and virtual CE); opportunities designed for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles; active dental hygiene license and an Associate degree or higher are required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
