Job Summary
Provide and oversee patient dental hygiene care as a key partner with the doctor, following AAP guidelines and structured professional development. Manage your schedule to allow comprehensive patient care and education, collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional care, and expand knowledge through ongoing trainings and CE. Utilize state-of-the-art tools such as the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for charting and diagnostics; participate in in-person and virtual trainings; benefit from a supportive culture, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, and growth opportunities within a TAG/ Aspen Dental family practice.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
