Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental, you’ll partner with the doctor to deliver personalized patient care plans and use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. You’ll educate patients, collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences, and manage your schedule and supplies with autonomy. The role supports full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities and includes onboarding with hands-on training and access to advanced tech (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) plus ongoing education through TAG University.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
