Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental, you’ll partner with the doctor to deliver personalized patient care plans using advanced digital tools (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) in a modern clinical environment. You’ll educate patients, support clinical decision-making, manage your schedule, and contribute to a collaborative dental team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The role supports full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities, includes onboarding and ongoing education through TAG University, and offers competitive compensation with an uncapped incentive plan, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
