Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care. Work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI, with structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Enjoy manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, uncapped incentives, and ongoing learning through TAG University.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
