Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Conduct thorough oral health assessments and educate patients without rushing, supported by structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Work in modern clinical environments featuring advanced tools like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI. Manage manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day with competitive pay ranging from $45–$50/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
