Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care. Work in modern clinical environments with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day, supported by structured onboarding, mentorship, and access to advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities are available with competitive pay ranging from $50–$55/hr. plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
