Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care within manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, managing your own supplies with autonomy. Work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced technology like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer competitive pay of $50–$55/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan, along with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
