Job Summary
Provide patient-centered dental hygiene care as part of the doctor-led team. Assess oral health, develop and deliver personalized care plans, educate patients, and utilize digital tools (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) to support assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Manage your schedule and supplies with autonomy to deliver comprehensive care; participate in a two-week onboarding and ongoing learning through TAG University. Collaborate with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support; contribute to a positive patient experience and high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
