Job Summary
Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to partner with doctors in delivering personalized patient care plans in a modern, technology-enabled clinical environment. You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, educate patients, manage charting and supplies, and participate in onboarding and ongoing training with the Hygiene Support Team. The role supports full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities; expect collaboration with dental teams and use of digital tools (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
