Job Summary
Being a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor per AAP guidelines; managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education; expanding knowledge through continuing professional development; collaborating with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care; operating with state-of-the-art technology (e.g., Trios 74, 3D intra-oral scanner, Digital Dental Assistant) and engaging in ongoing in-person and virtual trainings to support growth and high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
