Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental: Collaborate with the dentist to develop patient care plans using AAP guidelines; manage scheduling to deliver comprehensive patient care and education; expand knowledge through structured continuing professional development; work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care; utilize state-of-the-art tools including the Trios 74 and 3D intra-oral scanner; participate in ongoing in-person and virtual trainings; eligible for full benefits with part-time or full-time status; sign-on bonus of $12,000; active licensure and associate degree required; strong communication and interpersonal skills essential; competitive compensation with incentive potential and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, CE opportunities, and a supportive culture.
