Job Summary
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist following American Academy of Periodontology guidelines; manage your schedule to provide comprehensive patient care and education; expand knowledge through structured continuing professional development; collaborate with other members of the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care. The role includes access to advanced technologies (Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting), ongoing in-person and virtual trainings through TAG U, and opportunities for career growth. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
