Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care. You will work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, including voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS 3D scanning, with structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day, alongside competitive pay ranging from $45-$50/hr. plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
